This article contains steps to change your Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) product's billing details in the Telstra Apps Marketplace (TAM) for existing TAM account holders.
Steps for changing your product's billing details
1. Log into the Telstra Apps Marketplace (TAM)
1.1. Open your browser and navigate to Telstra Apps Marketplace at https://marketplace.telstra.com/home.
1. 2. Click on 'Log in.'
1. 3. Enter your email address, password and click on the 'Log in' button.
2. Find the Update edition section
You can find the update edition section from either:
- The services page, or
- The applications page
Updating edition from services page
2.1. On the Services page, hover over the service you'd like to change and click the cog button that appears
2.2. Select ‘Manage App’.
2.3. Click on Update edition

2.1. On the ‘Applications’ page, locate the product and click on ‘Update edition’
3. Changing your contract period
3.1. If you want to change your contract period:
3.1.1. Scroll to the edition you wish to update and using the ‘Select period’ drop down, change the contract period.
3.2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Continue'.
4. Confirm update
4.1. On the Billing details screen, click on 'Continue'.
4.2. On the Confirm order screen, select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and click 'Confirm order'. You'll see a receipt for your order.
4.3 Click on 'Go to MyApps' to return to your Services page.
