We're changing our identity system so you can start logging in to Telstra Cloud Sight with a Telstra ID.
Q: What's a Telstra ID?
It's a system that helps you manage your accounts, streamline payments and get access to products.
If you've got access to T.connect, you've already got a Telstra ID.
Q: Why is it changing to Telstra ID?
Updating to a Telstra ID allows you to:
- Use a single login to access all other systems that use Telstra ID
- Have stronger security that uses two-step verification.
Q: When is it changing?
We expect to complete updates by February 2023. We'll send you an email to let you know when changes are complete.
Q: I don't have a Telstra ID. What do I need to do?
If you already have a Cloud Sight account but don't have a Telstra ID, we'll create one for you.
Your username (which is your email address) will be the same.
The first time you log into Cloud Sight after the change, you'll need to reset your password. You may also have to accept our terms and conditions one more time.
Q: I already have a Telstra ID. Can I use my existing credentials?
Yes. You can log in with your existing username and password.
